1. General
1. These Conditions shall supersede all earlier terms and conditions of Gifted Box.

2. Definitions
1. “Gifted Box” means Aliz Badari, trading as Gifted Box, whose registered office is 32 Ugie Road, Peterhead, Ab42 1NA.
2. “Customer” means the person or company buying goods and services from Gifted Box.
3. “Price Paid” means the price paid by the Customer for the Product, excluding carriage.
4. “Product” means any computer components supplied by Gifted Box.

3. Prices and Ordering
1. The price payable by the Customer will be the price at the order date.
2. The description and price of the goods you order will be shown on our website when you place your order.
3. No contract exists between the Customer and Gifted Box for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion).
4. If, after we accept your order, we discover that the goods ordered are unavailable or that there was a pricing error concerning the goods ordered, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer you a refund or alternative goods.
5. We have the right to terminate the contract if you do not provide the price of the goods in cleared funds.
6. If we discover that the goods are unavailable after accepting your order, we may terminate the contract and refund or re-credit you.

4. Payment and Delivery
1. If payment is made by credit or debit card, delivery will be made to the cardholder's statement address.
2. Any delivery date stated is only an estimate. Gifted Box will not accept liability for failure to meet a stated delivery date.
3. Any claim for damage or loss of the goods during transit must be made in writing:
   1. if a Product is damaged, within 72 hours of delivery.
   2. if a Product has been lost within 72 hours of expected delivery.
4. Gifted Box is not liable for any claims outside the above time limits.
5. You can pay for the goods using any method shown on our website when you place your order.
6. Upon receipt of your order, you may be asked to sign for the goods received. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the time of delivery, please sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED.” Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.
7. Delivery may take longer than usual during busy times (Christmas, Bank Holidays, etc.). Any delays by Royal Mail are out of our control.

5. Consumer Rights
1. If you are a consumer (a private person buying for their personal use), you may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 days of receipt, and we will give you a refund of the Price Paid within 30 days. You must inform Gifted Box in writing (Notification by phone is insufficient) and return the goods to us immediately and in the same condition you received them.
2. The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to Gifted Box at their own cost.
3. If the customer does not return the goods as required, Gifted Box may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.

6. Limitation of Liability
1. Gifted Box shall not be liable for any financial consequential indirect or other losses suffered by the Customer or any third party.
2. If you are a business customer, Gifted Box shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit, loss of business, depletion of goodwill or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever caused) which arise out of or in connection with this agreement.

7. Data Protection
1. Gifted Box will take all reasonable precautions to keep your order details and payment secure. Unless Gifted Box is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

8. Uncontrollable Events and Delays
1. In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond Gifted Box's control, we have the right to suspend delivery or cancel the contract without liability.

9. Customers Obligations
1. You are responsible for your choice of Product and its suitability for any particular purpose.
2. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law , and the English courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the contract.
2. If a court finds any part of these Terms and Conditions invalid or unenforceable, the rest are unaffected.
